1. Application of terms and conditions
1.1 In these terms and conditions, reference to “we” and “us” means Adinkra Retail Solutions Ghana Limited abbreviated as ARSG in this document and legal owners of the brand ghbasket.com and associated logo as well as the site ghbasket.com and “our” has a corresponding meaning.
1.2 “You” means you, our customer, under these terms and conditions and ““your” has a corresponding meaning.
1.3 While ARSG has endeavoured to ensure that the information provided on the GHBasket onlinewebsite is free from error, we do not warrant its accuracy, adequacy or completeness, and to the extent permitted by law we shall not be responsible or liable for any error in, or omission from, the information provided on the GHBasketwebsite. We reserve the right to make changes to the information provided on the GHBasket website at any time and without notice.
2. Price of products and payment
2.1 The price payable for Products ordered by you shall be the price displayed on the GHBasketwebsite at the time your order is submitted together with the applicable delivery charges. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices displayed on the GHBasket website are stated and payable in Ghana Cedi (GHS) and include VAT. For online payment options via credit and/or debit cards, the value of purchases will be charged to your credit card at the exchange rate applicable at the time of purchase. Products displayed on GHBasket website and their prices, are subject to change without notice.
3. Ordering and Returns
3.1 Order Acceptance Policy The receipt of an order confirmation via email or mobile SMS does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
3.2 Order Cancellation Policy You cannot cancel an order (or part of an order) after your credit card payment has been authorized and approved. i.e. You cannot cancel the order after checkout upon reading and agreeing to all our Terms and Conditions.
3.3 Stock / Product Supply Products published on our website are supplied either directly from our store or from our partner suppliers depending on the stock availability. GHBasket cannot guarantee that every product offered for sale online would be delivered as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In such rare case, where an ordered product is in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed we would immediately contact you by email and/or mobile to agree a refund or rescheduling of deliveries at an later date when stock are available.
3.4 Return Policy All products once sold are non-returnable. However, exceptions will be made for damaged/inferior quality products provided they are reported to Customer Care via email@example.com within 3 days upon receipt of goods. All returned products must be returned to us in their original condition/packaging and must be accompanied with the order number for verification.
3.5 Exchange Policy
Once a product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged except for the following:
(a) Products received are different from what is stated on the invoice, i.e. wrong goods are delivered.
(b) Product is found to be damaged.
(c) If the product(s) received is wrong or damaged, there will be a one-to-one exchange for the same product.
To exchange a product, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving the goods. Our Customer Service will arrange to deliver the missing/damaged item(s).
All products to be exchanged must be returned to us in their original packaging & must be accompanied with the order number for verification.
4. Delivery Locations and timing
We deliver only within Accra and Tema, and will provide relevant update as we extend our services to other cities soon.
4.1 Delivery of goods will be done during business hours between Monday to Saturday from 8am- 5pm excluding public holidays.
4.2 Although we will endeavour to meet delivery timeframes where possible, all delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery or pickup.
4.3 Where we are unable deliver based on the agreed delivery time, we will contact you and rearrange delivery subject to payment of delivery charges. If we are unable to reach you after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we would return the product to our warehouse and credit your electronic trading wallet with the value of the returned products.
